Queen City Inquiry is an Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities certified Provider Agency with Faith Maynard as its Director.  For more than 20 years, Faith has served adults with disabilities in the greater Cincinnati area. In that time, she has gained disability support and community networking expertise, as well as an enduring passion for making adventure accessible.

Queen City Inquiry provides targeted supports and engagement activities to adults with disabilities in groups of four.  Transportation is provided from their front door to the scheduled community activities, returning them to their home at the end of the day. These days of adventure will be woven into each participant’s support plan, providing a sense of independence to the participant and needed respite and coverage to their caregiving teams.  Opportunities will be provided for participants to explore their likes, dislikes, interests, and aptitudes through a curated and co-created series of experiences.  We allow space and inspiration for participants to move their body and explore their creativity.  Most of our participants will use our services two to three times every week, depending on their schedule and network of support.
